Jan Harrison has lived locally in Marco Island and Naples for over 28 years. She is originally from Portsmouth, New Hampshire and does not miss those Winters. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Services Management from University of New England.

She understands the importance of Buyer Broker Agreements and has adeptly navigated recent changes, such as the new Condo Laws and Structural Integrity Reserve Study requirements. Outside of her real estate endeavors, Jan enjoys life with her husband Paul, a talented real estate photographer from Manchester, England. Jan’s son, Ivan, has deep roots on Marco Island, having attended daycare through high school right there. She cherished watching him grow up, especially as he played soccer and lacrosse, creating countless memories on the field. Jan takes pride in being an active part of the community and supporting Ivan’s journey through school and sports.

Jan is a proud breast cancer survivor with over 10 years of resilience and strength. Her journey was a tough one, but her determination led her to become cancer-free. Jan actively supports the American Cancer Society, using her experience to raise awareness and inspire others facing similar battles. Her commitment to giving back is a testament to her character and compassion.
